Help your clients figure out how to fix problems that affect their whole business. This could require very complicated, ever-changing email systems that coordinate or handle hundreds of emails or content areas across business units.

  • Help clients find things. Get the client’s business requirements and talk to them about how to apply email.
  • Use email to carry out the job and be the main person the Lev team and the client talk to.
  • Keep an eye on risks, success, and the next level of work, and let everyone know about them.
  • Be a technical leader on the Campaign Services team and help others learn and grow by teaching, coaching, and giving advice.
  • Use HTML, bootstrap, AMPScript, and CSS to make Preference Centers and home pages that work on mobile devices.
  • Write and test emails and email templates that meet client needs, follow best practices for emails, and meet Lev quality standards.
  • Use the Email QA checklist to look over emails, templates, deploys, and landing pages, and give other Technical Producers and clients your thoughts.
  • Look at email build errors with a full picture of the risk, study effects and outcomes, and suggest actions as needed.
  • Show a deep understanding of how the campaign works by finding ways to make it more efficient and lower the overall risk and pushing for those changes.
  • Make thorough QA documentation, including work instructions that are specific to each customer; as needed, update current documentation.

  • Use a list to work with other people on your team.
  • Offer on-call help for client campaigns on the weekends or other times after business hours

Required Education and Experience for Remote Jobs

At least four years of experience in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, web development, marketing technology, or a related area

  • Three to five years of experience as a consultant on best practices for email, such as design, build, delivery, data-driven emails, and so on.
  • Experience working with a wide range of clients of different sizes, types, abilities, and industries
  • Know how to move big email campaigns from platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, and Responsys to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of AMPScript basics, such as how to use conditionals, lookups, loops, and parse XML and/or JSON contents
  • Experience making custom email implementation solutions for large businesses that are complicated, dynamic, and dynamic. Translations, coupon/promotional codes, content grids for dynamic content across 10s to 100s of business units and campaigns, RSS feeds, automation, custom content blocks, and other things are some examples.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this job ranges from $49,400 to $106,000, based on the experience and other skills of the person who gets the job.
